that overlooks the courtyard and trees beyond.
The large lounge area enjoys
plenty of seating and is the obvious place to relax after a morning's walk and a lazy lunch at the nearby local -
or just unwind with the Sunday papers, curl up with a good book or put your feet up and watch that long promised DVD.
The dining area is perfect for breakfast or a celebration meal - with loads of space for up to 8 seated guests.
The
kitchen offers the expected array of modern conveniences including cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster,
microwave and more.
There is also a shower room with toilet just off the dining area.
