LATEST PRICES

- No smoking is allowed in the cottage

- Accommodation is solely intended for holiday lets and is limited to 6 persons (plus one toddler if using the cot) and a maximum of 2 dogs. Any party breaching this number will be asked to leave immediately.

- We make every effort to prepare the cottage to a good standard for your stay and ask that it is left in a satisfactory condition on your departure ; thank you for your co-operation.

Arrival and departure

- Normally in the case of weekly lettings, the Old Chapel wi;; be available for occupation after 3pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to allow time for the cottage to be prepared for new arrivals.
It is sometimes possible to be flexible about arrival and departure times particularly at quiet times and for short breaks so do please ask; and times will always be confirmed with you 2 weeks before your stay.

Payment

- A deposit of 25% must be received within 5 days of making a booking. We reserve the right to accept an alternative booking if we have not heard from you within this time.
The balance is due 2 weeks before the start of your holiday.
For any bookings made within 3 weeks of the start date, the whole cost is payable at the time of the booking.
Payment is by cheque(GBP only and should be made payable to Elizabeth Sanderson and sent to 17 Coley Hill, Reading, Berkshire RG1 6AE. A contact address is required.

Extra charges

- We accept a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs by prior arrangement at a cost of £15 per dog per week or part week.

We respectfully ask dog owners to clean up their dog's 'messages' from the garden and thank you for your co-operation.

Cancellations

- We do not provide insurance cover. We will refund the cost of a holiday for cancellations made 8 weeks before the start of a holiday; after this refunds are only made if the cottage is re let.
